Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Ovilla, Texas, 105 S. Cockrell Hill Road, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday June 21, 2022, 7:00 P.M., in person for consideration of the following appeals:
Residential special exception to construct a fence that is on or beyond the building line at the residence of 746 Cockrell Hill Rd., Ovilla, TX 75154. (Chapter 14, Section 35.3 Fences in Residential Districts, Ovilla Code of Ordinances.)
