Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Ovilla, Texas, 105 S. Cockrell Hill Road, will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 17, 2021, 7:00 P.M., via Teleconference Only for consideration of the following appeals:
• Residential variance to construct an accessory building not located completely behind the rear plane of the main dwelling of the residence of 613 William Dr., Ovilla, TX 75154.
