Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Glenn Heights, Texas, will hold public hearings in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1938 S. Hampton Rd., Bldg. C, Glenn Heights, Texas 75154, pursuant to V.T.C.S., Government Code §551.041.

The Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing will be held on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. The City Council public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 7:00 P.M.

Public hearings will be held to consider a Future Land Use Plan Amendment to the City of Glenn Heights’ 2024 Comprehensive Plan and a rezoning request from SingleFamily 1 (SF1) to SingleFamily 3 (SF3) on property located at 221 W. Bear Creek Road, Dallas County, Texas, more particularly described as Tract 7, ACS, as an addition to the City of Glenn Heights.

All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments may be submitted prior to the public hearing before the meeting dates indicated above.
