Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning of the City of Glenn Heights, Texas, will hold a public hearing on Monday August 25, 2025, beginning at 6:30 p.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 1938 South Hampton Road, Bldg. C, Glenn Heights, Texas, 75154, as prescribed by V.T.C.S., Government Code Section §551.041, to consider and possibly take action on the following:

Planned Development-33 (PD-33): A Public Hearing will be held to receive testimony related to granting a change in zoning from Single Family Residential 1 (SF-1) District to a Planned Development District-33 (PD-33) for approximately 46.32 acres of land located at South Westmoreland Road, Being a tract of land located in the Newton C. Laughlin Survey, Dallas County Abstract No. 764, City of Glenn Heights, Dallas County, Texas, and being 46.32 acre tract of land described in Warranty Deed with Vendor’ Lien to KGN Realty, LLC, recorded in Instrument No. 202100261547, Official Public Records of Dallas County, Texas (OPRDCT);Also commonly known as 2011 South Westmoreland Road, Glenn Heights, Dallas County, Texas by changing the zoning classification from Single Family Residential 1(SF-1) to Planned Development-33 (PD-33) for the purpose of a mixed-use development site, consisting of Multi-Family and Commercial and Residential.

This case is seeking Recommendation from the Planning and Zoning at the August 25, 2025 meeting.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing to provide testimony or express comments regarding this zoning request. If you cannot attend, you may submit comments in writing in support or opposition prior to the public hearing no later than Friday, August 22, 2025 to the following address:
