PUBLIC NOTICE: Estrada Concrete Company, LLC application to Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to authorize construction of a concrete batch plant at 355 West Pleasant Run Road, Wilmer, TX

To All Interested Persons And Parties:

Estrada Concrete Company, LLC, has applied to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for an Air Quality Standard Permit, Registration No. 164115L003, which would authorize construction of a concrete batch plant located at 355 West Pleasant Run Road, Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas 75172.

This application is being processed in an expedited manner, as allowed by the commission’s rules in 30 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 101, Subchapter J. Additional information concerning this application is contained in the public notice section of this newspaper.
