PUBLIC NOTICE: City of Wilmer passed following ordinances (March 28, 2019)

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WILMER HAS PASSED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCES:

ORDINANCE 19-0321A

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WILMER, TEXAS ANNEXING APPROXIMATELY 5.0 ACRES OF LAND DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT “A” ATTACHED HERETO INTO THE CITY OF WILMER, TEXAS, AND EXTENDING THE BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY SO AS TO INCLUDE SAID PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS; GRANTING TO ALL INHABITANTS AND OWNERS OF SAID PROPERTY ALL OF THE RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF OTHER CITIZENS AND BINDING ALL INHABITANTS AND OWNERS BY ALL OF THE ORDINANCES, ACTS, RESOLUTIONS AND REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF WILMER; ADOPTING A SERVICE PLAN AS EXHIBIT “B” ATTACHED HERETO; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DA TE.

ORDINANCE 19-0321B

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WILMER TEXAS ANNEXING APPROXIMATELY 6.0 ACRES OF LAND DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT “A” ATTACHED HERETO INTO THE CITY OF WILMER TEXAS, AND EXTENDING THE BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY SO AS TO INCLUDE SAID PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS; GRANTING TO ALL INHABITANTS AND OWNERS OF SAID PROPERTY ALL OF THE RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF OTHER CITIZENS AND BINDING ALL INHABIT ANTS AND OWNERS BY ALL OF THE ORDINANCES, ACTS, RESOLUTIONS AND REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF WILMER; ADOPTING A SERVICE PLAN AS EXHIBIT “B” ATTACHED HERETO; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

ORDINANCE 19-0321D

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WILMER, TEXAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 12.6.88, THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE AND MAP OF THE CITY OF WILMER, AS HERETOFORE AMENDED, BY ESTABLISHING LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (1-1) WITH A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) FOR “RAILROAD FREIGHT TERMINALS, RAILROAD SWITCHING AND CLASSIFICATION YARDS, REPAIR SHOPS, AND ROUNDHOUSES” AS THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR AN 1,170.0± ACRE PROPERTY AND FOR AN 18.5± ACRE PROPERTY, A TOTAL OF 33 LAND PARCELS, ALL OF WHICH ARE GENERALLY LOCATED WEST OF MILLERS FERRY ROAD, SOUTH OF TALCO ROAD, EAST OF PINTO ROAD AND NORTH OF GREENE ROAD, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBITS “A” AND “B” ATTACHED HERETO, IN THE CITY OF WILMER, DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY OF A FINE NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00) FOR EACH OFFENSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
