REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR INDEPENDENT AUDITING SERVICES
The City of Glenn Heights, Texas, is accepting applications for Bank Depository Services until Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Submittals will be received by the Finance Director located in the City Hall Building at 1938-C S. Hampton Rd, Glenn Heights, Texas, 75154.
Mailed or hand delivered submittals shall be plainly marked with the name and address of the respondent and “RFA 2026-03, Bank Depository Services”. Submittals received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
RFA documents are available without charge at the City of Glenn Heights City Finance Director’s Office, 1938-C S. Hampton Rd, Glenn Heights, Texas 75154, as well as the City’s website: https://glennheightstx.gov/Bids.aspx and Public Purchase (https://publicpurchase.com/gems/browse/home)
It is the sole responsibility of all interested parties, whether they have received digital downloads or paper copies of the RFA, to periodically check for addenda via the City’s or Public Purchase’s website.
The City of Glenn Heights PREFERS sealed proposals to be submitted electronically via Public Purchase (https://publicpurchase.com/gems/browse/home).
The City will also accept sealed applications in paper copy. Paper applications must be delivered to the office of the Finance Director, City of Glenn Heights, 1938-C, S. Hampton Road, Glenn Heights, TX 75154 and must be clearly marked: “RFA 2026-03; Bank Depository Services.”
Electronic and sealed responses to the RFA shall include one (1) original of all submission materials and shall be received by the City of Glenn Heights, Texas before 2:00 p.m. CST, THURSDAY, JUNE 18, 2026, in the Office of the Finance Director, 1938-C S. Hampton Rd, Glenn Heights, TX 75154.
There will be no formal bid opening at the expiration of the response deadline. Results of the submitted Responses will be available after the City Council selects the successful depository.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses and to waive any informalities, defects, or minor irregularities when deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all responses that are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or that contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any responses in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the response that best serves the City.
Notice of award of contract shall be given by the Owner within sixty (60) calendar days following the opening of responses. The successful respondent must qualify within two (2) working days after response opening by submitting such additional evidence as may be required by the City.
Should the respondent fail to produce evidence satisfactory to the City on any of the foregoing points, he may be disqualified, and the work awarded to the next responsible respondent so qualifying.
CAUTION: It is the respondent’s responsibility to ensure that responses are received in the Finance Director’s Office before the date and time specified above.
Receipt of a response in any other City office does not satisfy this requirement.
