NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC HEARING FOR REPLAT REQUEST

Notice is hereby given that a joint public hearing will be held by the Ferris City Council  and Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Ferris, Texas, on Monday, May 15th, 2023 at 6:00 P.M., at the Ferris City & ISD Administration Building, 301 E. 5th St., Ferris, Texas, 75125, to receive public comments for the consideration of a replat request, filed by Troy Richardson, owner.

The replat is on 0.349 acres, Lots 1A, 1B, & 1C, Block 2, J.I. Kooken’s Addition, on property located at 227 E. 3rd St., in the City of Ferris, in Ellis County, Texas.
