Cellco Partnership and its controlled affiliates doing business as Verizon Wireless (Verizon Wireless) proposes to modify telecommunications equipment at approximate centerline height of 117 feet above ground level on an existing 122-foot Monopole Telecommunications Tower. 

The Site location is at 401 1/2 Ferris Street, Waxahachie, Ellis County, Texas (32° 23’ 25.8” N, 96° 50’ 57.7” W).
