PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - ANNEXATION CITY COUNCIL

City of Wilmer, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 43.0673 of the Texas Local Government Code, the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct a public hearing to consider a petition for voluntary annexation of two (2) parcels of land, generally located on the northeast corner of Pleasant Run Road and Southport Pkwy.

The subject property being two parcels totaling approximately 69.032-acres, being Parcel ID Nos. 651271610100-10100 and -10200, DCAD, City of Wilmer Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ), Dallas County, Texas.  Case No. M-21-14

The public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this annexation request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
