COMMISSION and CITY COUNCIL

City of Wilmer, Texas

 

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearing to consider a zoning change from Commercial Restricted (Cl) to Planned Development 13 (PD-13), totaling approximately 8.42-acres to allow for Manufactured Home Sales (New and Used). 

Generally located at 4918 N. Interstate 45. 

The subject property being described as Parcel ID No. 65060213010270100, DCAD, Dallas County, Texas. 

Case No. ZC-23-36 (Zoning) FLUM-23-01 (Future Land Use Amendment)

The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at 6:30 p.m.

A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at 7:00 p.m.
