PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION and CITY COUNCIL

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearings to consider a request for a zoning change from Single Family Residential “SF2” to Restricted Commercial (C1), for the properties generally located at 425 N. Dallas Avenue (DCAD ID #54005500040010000) and 426 N. Dallas Avenue (DCAD ID #5400550004002000), City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas.
Consisting of approximately 1.2 acres and containing two (2) lots. Case No. (ZC-26-002) (Zoning Change).
The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.
A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
