In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas, will conduct a public hearing to consider a change in zoning from Light Industrial to Planned Development to allow data centers as a permissible use located at 1000 W Pleasant Run Road, Lancaster, Texas 75146, also described as MIDDLETON PERRY ABSTRACT 1128 PG 385 Block: Lot: 3, DCAD Account #65112838510030000.

The purpose of this request is to rezone the subject property from Light Industrial to Planned Development.
The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. inside the Wilmer Community Center, 101 Davidson Plaza, Wilmer, Texas 75172.
A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before Wilmer City Council on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., inside the Wilmer Community Center, 101 Davidson Plaza, Wilmer, Texas 75172.
Any interested persons may appear at these hearings to be heard on this matter.
