Consisting of approximately 0.5 acres and containing two (2) lots. Case No. (CP-26-002) (Conditional Use Permit)
The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.
A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
