The purpose of this request is to change the zoning for the above listed properties to facilitate the sale of said properties.

The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at Wilmer City Hall, Conference Room, 128 N. Dallas Avenue, Wilmer, TX 75172. This is a special meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Wilmer Community Center, 101 Davidson Plaza, Wilmer, TX 75172.

**Please note: The original legal/public notice that was published on September 25th had the first public hearing date as Thursday, October 23rd. Please note that this date has been changed to Wednesday, October 29th. The new date is for a special meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
