The Board of Adjustment of the City of Wilmer, Texas, will conduct a public hearing to consider a request for a variance to Section 21 (A) (4.1) (a) and (c) Supplementary Regulations, Zoning Ordinance of the City of Wilmer, in order to construct an 8-foot chain-link fence in the front yard for a commercial business, ALTO Pinto Road LLC, located at 1200 Pinto Road, Wilmer, Texas 75172, - Site N Addition Block A Lot 1, Parcel ID No. 547049700A0010000, Dallas County, Texas.
Case No. V-26-04 (Variance Request).
The purpose of this request is to allow the construction of an 8-foot chain-link fence in the front yard of a warehouse. The meeting will be on Thursday, July 16, at 6:30 p.m.
