PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

City of Wilmer, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct a public hearing to consider a request for a variance to Article 3.04.009(8) Prohibited Signs, Code of Ordinances of the City of Wilmer, in order to construct a 100-foot, approximately 525 square foot pole sign for a commercial business, Circle K, located at 4700 N. Interstate Highway 45, Wilmer, Texas 75172 and being further described as 16D45, BLK A, LT 2, ACS 4.0282, Parcel ID No. 540000500A0020000, Dallas County, Texas.

Case No. V-25-03 (Variance Request).

The public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this variance request will be held before the Wilmer Board of Adjustment on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Wilmer Community Center, 101 Davidson Plaza, Wilmer, TX, 75172.
