CODY WAYNE TERRY, Administrator, filed in the COUNTY COURT AT LAW 1 of ELLIS County, Texas, on DECEMBER 23, 2021 an APPLICATION FOR PARTITION AND DISTRIBUTION of the Estate of LORRIE GENE COLSTON, DECEASED, in Cause No. 20-E-2155, styled IN THE ESTATE OF LORRIE GENE COLSTON, which is now pending on the probate docket of said Court.
Said Application and any opposition will be heard and acted upon by said Court after 10 0’clock A.M. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, at the ELLIS COUNTY COURT AT LAW 1, 109 SOUTH JACKSON, WAXAHACHIE, TEXAS 75165 in Ellis County, Texas.
