NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST THE ESTATE OF SAMMIE KAY COLVARD, DECEASED

Notice is hereby given that original Letters of Independent Administration upon the Estate of SAMMIE KAY COLVARD, Deceased, were issued to MARCIE McMINIMEE on the 11th day of January, 2022, in Cause No. 21-E-2270, County Court at Law Number 1, Ellis County, Texas, which is still pending, and that MARCIE McMINIMEE now holds such Letters.

All persons having claims against said estate are required to present the same within the time prescribed by law.
