NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS

AGAINST THE ESTATE OF 

MARY MARGARET ZABOJNIK, DECEASED

Notice is hereby given that Letters of Independent Administration with Will Annexed upon the Estate of Mary Margaret Zabojnik, Deceased, were granted to Monica J. Sparkman on November 21, 2023 in Cause No. 23-E-2266, pending in the County Court at Law of Ellis County, Texas. 

All persons having claims against said estate are hereby required to present the same to: Curtis Clinesmith and Kaitlin Goddard,c/o Monica J. Sparkman, Independent Administrator with Will Annexed of The Estate of Mary Margaret Zabojnik, at 325 N. Saint Paul, Floor 29, Dallas, Texas 75201.
