NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST IRENE M. KOBY, DECEASED
Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary of the Estate of Irene M. Koby were issued to Kris L. Penny as Independent Executor on October 22, 2021, under Cause No. 21-E-2383 pending in the County Court at Law No. 1 of Ellis County, Texas.
Claims may be presented to the Independent Executor of the Estate addressed as follows:
