NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST GLORIA YVONNE PHILLEY, DECEASED

Notice is hereby given that original Letters of Administration of the Estate of Gloria Yvonne Philley were issued to Michael Norman Hughes as Independent Administrator on May 28, 2021, under Cause No. 21-E-2144 pending in the County Court at Law No. 1, Ellis County, Texas.  Claims may be presented to the Independent Administrator of the Estate addressed as follows:
