You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer in the 470th District Court, Collin County, Texas at the courthouse of said county in McKinney, Texas, at or before 10:00 o’clock a.m. of the Monday next after the expiration of 20 days from the date of service of this citation then and there to answer the Original Petition for Termination and the Adoption of a Stepchild of Samantha Pointer a/k/a Samantha Lynn Bronner and Darius Terez Bronner, Petitioners, filed in the Court of Collin County, Texas on the 19th day of March, 2020, against Jaleel Pointer, Respondent, and suit being numbered 470-52687-2015 on the docket of said court, and styled “In the Matter of the Marriage of Samantha Pointer vs. Jaleel Pointer and in the Interest of D.J.P., A Child”, the nature of which suit is Original Petition for the Termination and the Adoption of a Stepchild.
