The Petition seeks an order to foreclosure the lien on the property and assert a claim to the property located at 819 PAISLEY LANE, RED OAK, TEXAS 75154 and legally described as: BEING LOT 29 BLOCK HOF HARMONY ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF RED OAK, ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CABINET H, SLIDE 67, OF THE PLAT RECORDS OF ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS.
