A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows:
Plaintiff seeks a Court Order allowing the foreclosure of its lien on the real property at 1102 West Sharpshire Drive, Waxahachie, Texas 75165-6326, more particularly described as follows:
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land, being Lot 15, Block 1, of Dorchester Place, an Addition in
Ellis County, Texas, according to the map thereof recorded in Cabinet B, Slide 101, Plat Records, Ellis County, Texas, as is more fully shown by Plaintiffs Petition on file in this Cause.
