A brief summary of the nature of this suit is: This is an In Rem action relating to a secured interest encumbering real property commonly known as 3627 Rainwater Trail, Grand Prairie, TX 76065 and with the legal description of Lot 35, Block 14, Greenway Trails Phase 3, an Addition in the City of Grand Prairie, Ellis County, Texas, according to the Map or Plat Thereof Recorded in Drawer K, Slides 388-392, Plat Records of Ellis County, Texas.
The Petition alleges that the record owner of the property, James Darcy Norton is deceased and that some of his Heirs, Assigns and Devisees are Unknown.
