This is a lawsuit regarding title to property located in Ellis County, TX, more commonly known as LOTS 161), 18 & 19, WAXAHACHIE TOWN ADDITION IN ELLIS COUNTY, TX and more particularly described as LOT NO. 16D, OF SAID BLOCK NO. 182, ACCORDING TO THE SUB-DIVISION OF SAID BLOCK NO. 182 AS SHOWN ON THE MAP OF RECORD IN THE DEED RECORDS OF ELLIS COUNTY, TX IN VOL. 130, PAGE 134; LOT NO. 18 OF SAID BLOCK NO. 182 ACCORDING TO THE SUB- DIVISION OF SAID BLOCK NO. 182 AS SHOWN ON THE MAP OF RECORD IN THE DEED RECORDS OF ELLIS COUNTY, TX IN VOL. 130, PAGE 134, AND LOT NO. 19 OF SAID BLOCK NO. 182 ACCORDING TO THE SUB-DIVISION OF SAID BLOCK NO. 182 AS SHOWN ON THE MAP OF RECORD IN THE DEED RECORDS OF ELLIS COUNTY, TX IN VOL. 130, PAGE 134.
