Lynda Karen Fagerman, Independent Executor for the Estate of Michael James Doskocil, Applicant, filed in the County Court at Law #1 of Ellis County, Texas, on September 01, 2020 an Application for Probate of Copy of Will, Appointment of an Independent Administrator with Will Annexed Pursuant to Sect. 401.002(b) and Issuance of Independent Administration with Will Annexed in Cause No. 20-E-2087, styled Estate of Loretta Lea Doskocil, Deceased, which is now pending on the probate docket of said Court.
Said application and any opposition will be heard and acted upon by said Court after 10 0’clock A.M. on the first Monday next after .the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, at the Ellis County Courts Building, 109 S.
