KEVIN WAYNE FINCHER, Applicant, filed in the COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 1 of Ellis County, Texas, on the 26TH DAY OF MAY 2023 an APPLICATION TO PROBATE A LOST WILL AND ORIGINAL CODICIL AND FOR ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY in Cause No. 23-E-2186, styled IN THE ESTATE OF KENNETH WAYNE FINCHER, DECEASED, which is now pending on the probate docket of said Court.
Said application and any opposition will be heard and acted upon by said Court after 10 o’clock A.M. on the first Monday next after the expiration often days from date of publication of this citation, at the COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 1, 109 S.
