Defendants, The Unknown Heirs, Assigns, Devisees, a1\d Legal Representatives of Hazel G. Depaul and Any Other Persons or Entities Claiming an Interest in that Certain Tract of Land, Being 12.00 acres of land. more or less, being part of the James Blair Survey, Abstract 115, Ellis County, Texas, being more particularly described in that certain Warranty Deed with Vendor's Lien dated July 31, 1985, from J.B. Griffith, a married man, as Grantor, to Hazel G. DePaul, as Grantee, recorded in Volume 730, Page 909, of the Official Deed Records of Ellis County, Texas, are an individual or individuals whose identities are unknown, and pursuant to Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code § 17.004, may be served with Notice of Hearing by publication in a newspaper published in Ellis County, Texas, or c/o1he attorney ad litem appointed by the Court
You are hereby notified that at 12:00 o'clock p.m., on the 23rd day of September 2025 at Waxahachie Civic Center, 2000 Civic Center Lane, Waxahachie, Texas 75165 the undersigned Special Commissioners, having been duly appointed by the Honorable Judge of said Court to assess values and damages occasioned by the condemnation of the easements described in the Plaintiff's Original Statement and Petition for Condemnation, or as amended, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A," and having heretofore duly selected such time and place for said hearing as required by law, will proceed to hear said party and said written statement and to act thereon in the manner directed by law.
