A brief summary of the nature of this suit is:

This is an In Rem action relating to a deed of trust lien encumbering real property commonly known as 230 Chapel Hill Ln, Waxahachie, TX 75165, and with the legal description of LOT 37, BLOCK A, OF CHAPEL HILL ESTATES, AN ADDITION IN ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CABINET B, SLIDE 457, PLAT RECORDS OF ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS.

The Petition alleges that the record owner of the property, Galen R. Bush, is deceased and that the Defendant, Nancy Jane Stewart’s whereabouts are unknown. Plaintiff seeks declaratory relief and to quiet title to the Property.
