Application has been made with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission for a Wine and Beer Retailer’s Off-Premises  Permit by Italy Mercantile, LLC dba Italy General Store, to be located at 124 W. Main St., Italy, Ellis County, Texas. Owners of said corporation are Donna David, Juanita Cooper and Robert  Ashley.
