REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING, SURVEYING AND RELATED
SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
ONE-MILLION-GALLON GROUND STORAGE TANK
The City of Glenn Heights, Texas is accepting qualifications for highly qualified, capable and experienced professional service firms to provide professional services for the One-Million-Gallon Ground Storage Tank Project. Sealed qualification packages shall be received by the Finance Director located in the City Hall Building at 1938 S Hampton Road Bldg. C, Glenn Heights, Texas, 75154, prior to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2025. Statements of Qualifications will be publicly opened and read aloud on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers in City Hall.
RFQ documents are available without charge at the City of Glenn Heights City Engineer’s Office, 1938, S. Hampton Rd, Bldg. C, Glenn Heights, Texas 75154 as well as the City’s website: https://glennheightstx.gov/Bids.aspx. It is the sole responsibility of all interested parties, whether they have received digital downloads or paper copies of the RFQ, to periodically check for addenda via the City’s website.
Responses to the RFQ may be either mailed or hand delivered to the Finance Director’s Office, 1938 S. Hampton Rd., Bldg. C, Glenn Heights, TX 75154. Any responses received after the above stated time will be returned to the respondent unopened. Respondents shall submit Statements of Qualifications in sealed envelopes and shall be marked “RFQ 2025-06 FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING, SURVEYING, AND RELATED SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ONE-MILLION-GALLON GROUND STORAGE TANK - DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 2:00 PM ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2025, AT 2:00 P.M.”
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses and to waive any informalities, defects, or minor irregularities when deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to reject any and all responses which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any responses in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the response which best serves the City.
A voluntary pre-submittal meeting will be held virtually through Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.
All requests for additional information or clarification related to this RFQ must be submitted, in writing, no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, October 17, 2025. All inquiries and/or questions concerning this project should be submitted to the person identified on the cover sheet of the Request for Qualifications.
