Jackson, St., Waxahachie, TX, by filing a written answer at or before ten o’clock A.M. on the first Monday next after the expiration of forty-two (42) days from the date of the issuance of this citation, and you are hereby required then and there to appear and file written answer to the Plaintiff’s Original Petition, filed in said court on the 11th day of June, 2026 under cause number 120868, on the docket of said Court, and styled as follows:

This is an In Rem action relating to a secured interest encumbering real property commonly known as 710 S Wood St, Ferris, TX 75125, and with the legal description of LOTS 7 AND 8 IN BLOCK 9 OF ANDREWS ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FERRIS, ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING To THE MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 196, PAGE 517, DEED RECORDS, ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS.

The Petition alleges that the record owner of the property, Wayne Douglas Cowey, is deceased and that some of the Heirs, Assigns, and Devisees are Unknown.
