Plaintiff seeks relief concerning title to and possession of real property commonly known as 214 Rock Creek Street, Red Oak, Texas 75154, and is more particularly described as follows:

Lot 9, Block 3, Lazy Springs Acres, Unit Ill, an addition to the City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 2, Page 14, Plat Records of Ellis County, Texas.
