OUT TO PASTOR: I sure miss being a spoiled brat

After my last doctor’s visit, I went to the Publix pharmacy to pick up new medicine.Doctors have a pill for every problem in the world – if only they all worked.I was early at the store, and my medicine wasn’t quite ready. So, I decided to walk around Publix and get a little exercise.

OUT TO PASTOR: What if I do have a brain?

After about a month on a health hiatus, things started returning to normal, and then I had a doctor’s visit scheduled for a checkup.At my visit, the doctor thoroughly examined me but couldn’t find anything wrong, and then I saw him standing there scratching his chin.

OUT TO PASTOR: My only exercise is jumping to conclusions

Over the past few weeks (or was it months?) I’ve been recovering from some health issues. They were not that serious, just annoying. I spent one day in the hospital and the rest of the time in bed, which is not the kind of vacation I want.During all that time, I’ve not had much time to exercise.

During my health hiatus, I did things I never had time to do before, one of which was to check out some Reality TV Shows.I never had much interest in these TV shows, but I thought now would be a good time to check some of them just to see what their idea of reality really was.

Finally, those five weeks of being sick are over, and my life is getting back to normal. Whatever normal is.Five weeks is a long time to be sick, spend time in bed, and not know if it’s morning or evening. There was a period when I was about ready to set up camp in the bathroom.
