DPS Seeks information in 1995 slaying of beloved Beaumont teacher

AUSTIN – The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is seeking information in the 1995 cold case homicide of Mary Catherine Edwards.

Colonel George A. Custer, leading 250 men, attacked an encampment of Sioux Indians near Little Bighorn River in Montana. Custer and his men were then attacked by 2000-4000 Indian braves. Only one scout and a single horse survived ‘Custer’s Last Stand’ on the Little Bighorn Battlefield.

WILMER ARRESTS: June 14 – 21

Briggs, William, 43, theft prop >=$750<$2,500. Juvenile, 15, theft prop >=$750<$2,500. Jones, Jerwaun, 38, public intoxication, warrant arrest other agency. Mota, Victor, 32, assault-CBI family member.
