DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE: Apparently oligarchs do not like kings – and they have the money and hired actors to prove it

As I write my column, I’m readying myself to drive up the east coast this weekend.I realize it’s No Kings Rally weekend, and I’m waiting to see what happens.Silly me – at first, I did not even know what “No Kings” meant, then I remembered it is “the Don’s” birthday. From what I can tell, it seems...

DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE: When did Molotov cocktails, burning buildings, and threatening people’s families equate to peaceful protest – I missed that memo

Has anyone stopped for a hot minute to think about the rioting going on in Los Angeles (www.nytimes.com/interactive/2025/06/08/us/la-immigration-protests-photos-map.html), and I believe Minneapolis had issues there too recently? We’ve heard the narrative, but I’m asking who’s fueling the division...

DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE: Pages of details reflect late COVID vaccine warnings possibly did cause the loss of life, now what?

I got sick this week – and I never get sick.My friend said, “Are you sure you don’t have COVID?”He knows the symptoms – he’s had COVID five times.I told him I didn’t have COVID.My friend asked me how I knew I didn’t have COVID – had I tested?Well, no, not really.

DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE: Indeed, government can guard the gate, but only truth and transformation can guard the heart

This week I’m going to localize my column to a Texas incident, even more to the point to the Dallas/Ellis County area. One of the reasons I’m aware of the incident I’m mentioning below is because I work with the city in a Public Information Officer capacity. The other reason is because my boss,...

DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE: Arrests, human trafficking, Texas lawmakers stealing free speech – when will common sense go viral again?

At least once a day my mind goes to the fact that Planet Earth: The United States Edition is most definitely an embarrassing reality show to entertain a higher form of life.Remember that statement “The inmates are running the asylum?”Of course, I’d never insinuate such a thing here. But there’s...

DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE: People in glass houses need to learn to keep their stones to themselves

Last week while in the Amazon jungle, the Letitia James mess was ramping up for a good little story of glass houses getting majorly shattered. One person suggested to me that an Attorney General should be held to a higher standard.I laughed and said, “No, not in New York.”However, I suspect as we...

DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE: The Executive vs. Judicial is not a new Trump phenomenon – do your research!

I’m going to begin this week offering a suggestion; if you do not like Trump, even so still consider not making every political happening in the US a “he’s a dictator” rant.It reeks of not doing all the research.Did you notice judges are going to jail?Next it will be politicians – pay...

DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE: #Trumptariffs is trending and, if the majority of voters have their way, so is a colossal reset of America

Like most weeks there is much to write and a limited word count to create the magic.I knew this week I had to write about tariffs.I mean, #TrumpTariffs has been absolutely trending on social media the past few weeks.Tariffs and the stock market.Alas, the stock market is one of the rabbit holes I...

DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE: One reader’s comments on the state of America – and why Biden really must go!

I had a long litany of topics to write about this week. Then I received a thoughtful email from one of my readers who I will refer to as a concerned American.
