In October of 1979, 7-year-old Elizabeth Lynne Barclay was walking down the street in the area of 2900 West Northwest Highway Dallas, Texas when witnesses described that she was abducted and struck multiple times by a black male driving a dark colored vehicle possibly a 2-door Buick.
