Wreck sends Ennis men to hospital

CORSICANA – Last Thursday at approximately 1:35 p.m., Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers were called to a three vehicle crash on Interstate 45 northbound, approximately one half mile south of FM 1183 in Ellis County.

Police investigate dead body found in Ferris

FERRIS – A 27-year old male was found dead Monday morning of an apparent self-inflected gunshot wound. Ferris police are investigating the incident behind a self-storage unit on FM 664 west of the post office.
