NAVARRO COUNTY – Sery Kim, a lifelong Texan, attorney, and former Assistant Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration appointed by President Donald J. Trump has written to President Joe Biden demanding he rescind all Executive Action recently enacted on “gun control.”
In her letter, Kim stated, “It is shameful and a disgrace that in the wake of increases in violent crime across the country, you and your Administration have prioritized restricting and violating the Second Amendment Constitutional right of law-abiding Americans rather than supporting law enforcement agencies.
“It is obvious why violent crime has been on the rise: it is a direct result of the radical Democratic Party’s platform to defund police and law enforcement agencies.”
She continued, “Specifically, my constituents in Texas’ Sixth Congressional District, Texans, and a majority of Americans disagree and oppose your proposals.
“We stand firmly against your misguided “gun control” actions and unequivocally demand no unilateral executive action infringing on our Second Amendment right to bear arms.”
