The old Ferris Police and Fire Station is being renovated to house two new businesses.
According to Ferris Economic Development Director James Branch, a coffee roaster and shop, and a restaurant serving a variety of food including pizza and hot wings.
Branch expects the project to be completed by the end of 2021.
