FERRIS PUBLIC LIBRARY: More than Books (September 28, 2023)

Join the Ferris Public Library on Thursday, Oct. 5 for our Hispanic Heritage Celebration: Movie & Craft. 

We will be watching “Encanto” and making our own Maribel inspired glasses & Isabela’s flower ring.

“Encanto” is rated PG. Crafts – 3:30 to 4 p.m., movie – 4:15 to 6 p.m.

Story Time is hosted every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Children are treated to stories, fun activities, and a snack. Before leaving, your child may choose a prize from the Treasure Chest to take home. 

After-School Game Time is held each Thursday from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Children can play the PS5 on the large screen in the meeting room, board games are also available.

NEW BOOKS: “Cherish” by Tracy Wolff, “The Breakaway” by Jennifer Weiner, “Anne Boleyn & Elizabeth I: The Mother and Daughter Who Forever Changed British History” (Dewey 942) by Tracy Borman, and “Sixty-One: Life Lessons from Papa, on and Off the Court” (Dewey BIO) by Chris Paul.
