On Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2021, voting will occur at the Ferris Public Library from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The 2021 Constitutional Amendment Election will have eight State of Texas Propositions on the ballot, to be voted For or Against. The library is located at 301 E. 10th St., Ferris, TX 75125.

The State of Texas approved and authorized Ellis County to hold elections using countywide precinct polling locations, i.e., Vote Centers, allowing Ellis County registered voters to vote at any Vote Center located in Ellis County that is convenient for the voter. Therefore, you no longer have to vote at your specific precinct. Additionally, Senate Bill 5 requires voters to present an acceptable form of photo identification to vote in person in all Texas elections.
