FERRIS PUBLIC LIBRARY: More than Books (November 2, 2023)

Voting for the 2023 Ellis County Constitutional Amendments and Joint Elections will be held on Election Day, Nov. 7, 2023, at the Ferris Public Library, 301 E. 10th St., Ferris, TX., from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Ellis County registered voters can vote at any voting center in Ellis County. There are seven different types of acceptable photo IDs, 2 being a Texas Driver License or a Texas Personal Identification Card issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).

Story Time is hosted every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Children are treated to stories, fun activities, and a snack. Before leaving, your child may choose a prize from the Treasure Chest to take home. 

After-School Game Time is held each Thursday from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Children can play the PS5 on the large screen in the meeting room, board games are also available.
