FERRIS PUBLIC LIBRARY: More than Books (May 11, 2023)

We welcome your donations of books, audiobooks, and DVDs in good condition. These supply the annual library book sale, which brings dollars back in, in support of the library. If you come by and we’re closed, just put items in our outside dropbox.

The Library has a lot to share with you. Stay connected and follow us on Facebook to get updates about events, resources, new materials, and more about what’s happening with us.

Story Time helps your child create a foundation to begin reading. Letter recognition, understanding the sounds of letters, and growing vocabulary are integrated into our story times which are being led by our newest member of the team, Emma. If you haven’t met her yet, come on by, Story Time is hosted each Thursday at 11 a.m. for pre-school children and their caregivers.

NEW BOOKS: “Loyalty” by Lisa Scottoline, “Dark Angel” by John Sandford, “Where Are the Children Now?” by Mary Higgins Clark, “House of Cotton” by Monica Brashears, “The House in the Pines” by Ana Reyes, “Just the Nicest Couple” by Mary Kubica, “Healing Through Words” (Dewey 158) by Rupi Kaur, and “Helgoland: Making Sense of the Quantum Revolution” (Dewey 530) by Carlo Rovelli.
