FERRIS PUBLIC LIBRARY: More than books (December 2, 2021)

Article Image Alt Text

The Ferris Public Library’s annual food drive, Food 4 Fines, will be held until Dec. 21, 2021. So, if you have any books/movies that you haven't returned on time and now have late fines, you may donate one non-perishable food item for each dollar owed. All overdue items must be returned to the library.

Not sure if you owe any past due fines? No problem, call the library at (972) 544-3696, and we’ll check your account for you. Food 4 Fines is a great way to clear out any late fines you may have and help our community at the same time. In addition, of course, we encourage anyone that wishes to donate items to do so.

NEW BOOKS: “The Christmas Promise” by Richard Paul Evans, “The Wish Book Christmas” by Lynn Austin, “Dear Santa” by Debbie Macomber, “Twisted Tea Christmas” by Laura Childs, “The Christmas Bookshop” by Jenny Colgan, “The Butler” by Danielle Steel, “Over My Dead Body: A William Warwick Novel” by Jeffrey Archer, “Act Like You Got Some Sense: And Other Things My Daughters Taught Me” (Bio) by Jamie Foxx, “Live No Lies: Recognize and Resist the Three Enemies that Sabotage Your Peace” (Dewey 235) by John Mark Comer, and “The Pioneer Woman Cooks Super Easy!: 120 Shortcut Recipes for Dinners, Desserts, and More” (Dewey 641) by Ree Drummond.
