WAXAHACHIE – Vickie Ratliff, an award-winning contemporary realist painter from Midlothian, will give a demonstration at the monthly meeting of The Ellis County Art Association, July 7 at First Baptist Church of Waxahachie (450 US287 BYP). The public is encouraged to attend.
