NOVEMBER 3: Midlothian 56, Red Oak 28

MIDLOTHIAN – Midlothian topped 4-5A Division I mate Red Oak to claim a district title and finish its regular season undefeated for the first time since 1984.

Midlothian put up 529 yards of offense in the district championship game. Senior quarterback Chad Ragle went 5 of 7 for 141 yards and two touchdowns while also rushing for two scores. Including Ragle, five different Midlothian players found the end zone. Junior wide receiver Bryant Wesco made five catches for 141 yards and two touchdowns. Running back Michael Garber rushed for two scores, and running backs E.J. Milton and De’ago Benson each had ground touchdowns.
