    The Lady Hawks varsity volleyball team hosted the Ennis Lady Lions on Tuesday, Sept. 27 in a big district matchup, with the winner taking possession of 2nd place in the district behind Forney.

    Although the Lady Hawks did sweep Ennis in three sets, it was a tough 3 sets for both teams. Leads were never more than 4 points and often they traded leads multiple times during each set.

    In the end, the Lady Hawks made a few more plays than Ennis.

    The Lady Hawks also swept Corsicana on Friday, Sept. 30 in Corsicana.

    They travel to Forney for a huge match up on Tuesday, Oct. 4, and then return home and host Lancaster on Friday, Oct. 7.
